This robot adds a simple one-motor claw to the Vex Standard Drive Base, so it makes a simpler and shorter build than the full "Clawbot IQ" design, similar to Vex's Simple Clawbot design for IQ gen 2. The claw can grab and release objects on the floor so you can drag them around, but not lift them. The design starts with the Vex "Standard Drive Base" so you can easily upgrade to the full Clawbot IQ later if you want.

You can drive this robot with the standard Driver Control feature on the remote (use R Up and R Down to control the claw), or try the sample custom remote control program or autonomous programs below.
